1. Final Sale Policy:

All items purchased through the promotions are considered final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

2. Supported Brands:

This promotion exclusively features products from the following brands: 1/3 Delusion, Uwowo, Lardoo, JiMeng, and CiyuantyiCos.  We also carry various brands, for more information please do contact us by giving us a message at our Official Facebook Page.

3. International Shipping Fee:

GachaCart offers Air Express, Sea Express, and Bulk Shipping.

Air Express (ETA 5-8 days) costs ₱550.00 per kilo excluding Domestic Fee

Sea Express (ETA 15-20 days) costs ₱400.00 per kilo excluding Domestic Fee

Bulk Shipping (15-20 days) costs ₱500.00 per item (This is a seasonal Promotion) excluding Domestic Fee

3. International Shipping Fee:

Air Freight ₱500.00/kg
ETA 1-2 weeks or
 EARLIER 

Sea Freight ₱300.00/kg
ETA 5-6 weeks or
 EARLIER

4. Promotion Validity:

1.1 Promotion dates will be announce on the Facebook Page or at the website itself including the start date and end date and time.

Payments should be settled on or before end date and time or the ordered costumes will be cancelled. We can give a grace period of 30 days to completely pay down payments once the item already arrived on the shipping company.

5. Payment Methods:

Accepted payment methods for this promotion are GCASH and remittance money pickup. Please ensure that your selected payment method is valid and meets the specified criteria.

6. Payment Requirement:

We do accept Full or Partial Payment (Down Payments). All items that have been paid full will be expected to arrive sooner than partial payments. Partial Payments should be fully paid on or before the end date and time or the ordered costumes will be cancelled.

7. Order Confirmation:

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email or by Facebook Chat. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

8. Shipping and Delivery:

Orders will be processed promptly, and customers will be notified of the shipment details. Please allow for standard shipping times, considering potential delays during peak seasons.

We encourage customers to register an account. Tracking Number will be seen via account dashboard and can be tracked through the website.
Shipping from China to Philippines may depend on the Shipping Method you chose. Seasonal situations may affect the ETA.

Parcels will be delivered door-to-door. NO DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEE REQUIRED

9. Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Any additional customs fees or taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Modification or Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

Please note that GachaCart Philippines will not be held responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by customers. Costumes will be purchased solely based on the measurements provided
