PRODUCT BROWSING AND SHOPPING

While it is not required, creating an account allows you to enjoy additional features such as tracking your orders, accessing your purchase history, and managing costume inquiries with ease.

You can search for products by typing the name of a character, brand, or specific item in the search bar located at the top of the website. For a more personalized experience, you can also filter your search results based on categories or brands.

Yes! If you can’t find the specific costume or item you’re looking for, feel free to send us a request by sending us a message on our Facebook Page.
We will do our best to accommodate your request by sourcing it from our suppliers.
No, submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase the item. We will provide you with details about availability and pricing before you make any final decision.

Once you find the product you’d like to buy, simply click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. You can continue browsing or proceed to your cart to review your selections.

After reviewing your cart, click “Checkout” to provide your shipping and payment information. You will also have the opportunity to apply any discount codes before finalizing your order.

PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING

No, GachaCart does not accept COD. Payment must be made in FULL or through PARTIAL PAYMENT, where 80% is required upfront, and the remaining balance is settled once your order is ready for shipment.

We accept a variety of payment methods including GCash and Cash Pickup. You can choose the payment method that best suits your needs during the checkout process.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process it and prepare the items for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date, and tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

TRACKING AND SHIPPING

Creating an account unlocks the following benefits:

  • Parcel Tracking: Easily track your orders through your account dashboard and receive real-time updates.
  • Order Invoice: Access a detailed record of your past orders and download invoices for reference.
  • Costume Access: Enjoy exclusive access to a variety of costumes from brands on Taobao.
  • Costume Inquiry: Request information about specific costumes and make well-informed decisions on purchases.
  • Brand and Character Search: Easily find costumes based on your favorite brands or characters using the search feature.

To track your order:

  1. Log in to your account on GachaCart.
  2. Go to your Account Dashboard.
  3. Click on Orders.

Select the order you wish to track and click Track.

Alternatively, you can click on Track Shipment at the bottom of the website and enter your order ID, email, or tracking number.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.

The shipment ETA begins once the item arrives at the shipping company. Shipping from Taobao to the shipping company typically takes 3-4 days.
